WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

All orders will be dispatched within 4 business days. You will receive an email to update you on the status of your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer the same delivery option across all order types. On confirmation of dispatch, you will receive a notification.

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom. However if you are overseas, please do get in touch and we will see what we can do.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DISPATCH EMAIL?

Please do check your junk folder as some mail accounts could mark the email as junk if from an unknown sender. If you still do not have an email, please do get in touch with us.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Your order must be returned within 14 days of your dispatch email. Your order must be returned to us in the same condition it was dispatched in. Please email us at infoflawlesshome@gmail.com to obtain return details. We do not cover the return costs on unwanted items.

However, if your order arrives damaged we will replace it if possible or refund as long as photo evidence of the damaged product is provided within 48 hours of receipt.

CAN I PREORDER AN ITEM WHICH IS NOT IN STOCK?

Yes - please contact us if you would like to purchase any of items showing as out of stock or coming soon and we will advise you how quickly we can deliver your item.
